Add Support for Arthera Protocol to SaTT Wallet

Description:
The goal of this issue is to extend the functionality of the SaTT wallet and dApp to support the Arthera Protocol.

Problem
Currently, the SaTT wallet and dApp only support specific chains. We want to enhance its capability by adding the Arthera Protocol to our list of supported chains.

Tasks

Investigate the integration requirements for the Arthera Protocol.
Develop a strategy for integrating Arthera Protocol into the SaTT wallet and dApp.
Implement the integration, ensuring all existing wallet and dApp functionalities are maintained.
Run a series of tests to verify the successful integration of Arthera Protocol.
Document the integration process, limitations (if any), and any notable impacts to our current wallet and dApp setup.
Acceptance Criteria

The SaTT wallet should be able to support the Arthera Protocol without disrupting current supported chains.
All tests pass, confirming that the integration is successful and not impacting existing functionality.
Documentation on the integration is complete and added to the repo for future reference.
Please note, for this issue to be closed, all tasks must be completed, and all acceptance criteria should be met. Also, code changes need to be peer-reviewed and follow our code standards.
