Adds a new reported focused on pseudo and partially tested methods.
Hot fix to ensure plugin compatibility with PITests.
IMPORTANT: This release is only compatible with PITest 1.2.0 but no with later versions.

This release contains the 0.2 version of Descartes. It includes a JSON reporter for PIT.
It also includes the special M versions of Descartes and PITest 1.2.1, which can be used to run all tests without stopping at the first failure. This behaviour can be controlled with the additional buildMatrix command line parameter.
