[JSON] support option `slice`

The policy could be:

• If main container is a JSON Array, slice items
• Otherwise, one or more JsonPath expressions could be provided, adding an option json.slice.expr

Implemented basic functionality, assuming the top level element is an array.

The build was broken due to a missing dependency version in the pom.
