If you have a custom network filter, VPN, firewall, etc. You may experience instability, or the program may not function properly at all.

Temp-workaround, disable your "restrictive" network settings.

We'll be adding a toggle to disable all analytical information in the future.

Has this ever been addressed? I experience that exact behaviour: If I'm on VPN (even with split tunnel!), shortcuts aren't called. Once I log out, everything works as expected.

Hey, @mvondemhagen!

You can snag the early access version 2 of the plug-in via the Discord. It currently has no analytical calls, which should make it work fine with VPNs.

I still plan on making it work around that, when I cross that bridge, but I've yet to get there.

That being said, I do use a VPN, but I never experienced that issue. It appears certain providers block "Sentry", particularly, which is a shame on the dev-side of things, because not everyone is inclined to provide feedback! 😬

But yeah, I'd love to have you test out V2 & let me know what you think! 👀
