• Receiving grants from other organizations other than the Rust Foundation

Create a webapp for Rustaceans Kenya

1. We agreed to create a webapp to showcase our projects and projects of community members
2. The website frontend and backend is to be written in Rust
3. We will register a domain name in the future

Increasing the members of the organization

• We planned to do more Rust meetups in universities to increase our community
• We decided to merge all our discussions into one telegram group. Telegram was chosen due to the high number of people already using the app and the apps capacity to create groups inside one organization and search/access previous messages

Rust calendar 2024

We agreed on

• Virtual meetups every first Saturday of the month
• Create a podcast with speakers
• Physical meetups every last Saturday of the month
