XML files included for examples don't have 'TotalRate' field #10

The XML files included in the example models produce the following error when run with NFsim 1.11:

!!Error! This XML file was generated using an older version of BioNetGen that does not support the 'TotalRate' convention!
You should upgrade your BioNetGen distribution now, or download the latest NFsim package, and regenerate this XML file.

We should probably just regenerate all of the XML files using BNG 2.2.6.
