API keys from environment variables

Hello! Loving roocode, it's a pleasure to use it every time.

I had a small QoL feature request: loading API keys from environment variables/secrets manager.

Would be nice for dev environments like devcontainers which might rotate API keys frequently.

e.g. ROO_ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, ROO_OPENAI_API_KEY etc.

As I use Roo code on Github Code Spaces, and setting environment variable through Github Secrets and Variables,
I really want this feature request to be realized. (Otherwise I need to set environment variable manually every time I launch Github Code Spaces instance, and needed to share environment variables to team member that will have potential risk of exposing api key to the public.)
