• APT-576 adding functionality to check if all orgs are the same in foreman.toml by @afujiwara-roblox in #44

This is a breaking change as setup-foreman now enforces that the tools defined in foreman config files must come from the same github org setup-foreman runs in. This can be disabled by setting "allow-external-github-org" to true.
