Freeze props, freeze state after init

We cannot keep letting people shoot themselves in the foot on this. I'm tired of trying to convince people to use Roact properly.

Both of these should be frozen by default.

Should be on an option, in my opinion with:

• Deep freeze (default, checks isfrozen to stop circular freeze)
• Shallow freeze
• No freeze
