An account (E-mail/Password) created directly through Coway is required.
Warning
As of late 2022, Coway has required accounts to be migrated to a "Coway account". With that said, this integration will only work if you have migrated your account to a Coway account.

If you are unable to use the button above, manually search for Coway in HACS.
- Copy the
coway
directory fromcustom_components
in this repository and place inside your Home Assistant'scustom_components
directory. - Restart Home Assistant
- Follow the instructions in the

Coway
Caution
Coway has implemented password checks which prompts users to change or ignore changing passwords that are 60 or more days old. If you want to skip changing your password, select the Skip password change
option during setup. Otherwise, when the time comes, you will need to manually login using the IoCare app and change your password followed by reauthentication of the integration within Home Assistant.
Caution
Coway is shipping newer units, which are not reporting an AQI.
If the AQI sensor entity is not created for your purifier, it is one of the newer units.
If/when Coway's servers start reporting AQI values for these units, AQI sensor entities will be made available.
Each purifier is exposed as a device in Home Assistant.
