Release v6.0.1 - Critical build fix

This hotfix resolves a critical build regression in v6.0.0 that
prevented the project from compiling due to a duplicate symbol error.

Fix:
- Removed duplicate mastery_get_level() from mastery_gate.c
- Removed duplicate mastery_is_mastered() from mastery_gate.c

The canonical implementations remain in mastery.c and education_db.c.

All features from v6.0.0 remain unchanged.
