Enhance CDR records with more information

Derived from customer's request to satisfying their IT department needs (initially described in #1820, which could be closed as this would be a duplicate), and also from previous experience with Telco's needs, submitting this issue for a substantial refactoring of Restcomm-Connect CDRs.
Initial proposal is shared here, which includes the latter and already present fields of Restcomm-Connect CDRs.

To be brainstormed and solved relatively quickly, as one of our most important customers is waiting for this, and it would for sure be needed by almost every Telco.
