Problem

There's no specification for paying an ERC20FeeProxy request using Escrow.
https://github.com/RequestNetwork/requestNetwork/tree/master/packages/advanced-logic/specs

Solution

Fix and merge the draft in the spec/escrow_v0 branch: master...spec/escrow_v0
