Definition of Done

Update ERC20 Proxy to use OpenZeppelin's SafeERC20 library to accommodate non-standard ERC20 tokens
Consider importing interfaces instead of implementations
Consider changing paymentReference to bytes8 across all payment proxy contracts #1113
Redeploy on all networks where it already exists
Update payment-processing and payment-detection packages
Redeploy any smart contracts that depend on it.
Communicate migration to all Builders
