The following PR automates the deployment to Subgraph Studio: #95.

Publishing to the decentralized network still requires manual action, which currently cannot be automated. Related issues:

• add graph publish command graphprotocol/graph-tooling#1650
• allow passing private key and bypassing web ui for graph publish graphprotocol/graph-tooling#1673
