When I started my PC, I immediately got this pop-up. So I uninstalled Fancontrol(v231) and reinstalled (v234), but I still get the same message. Am I the only on

Same here. MS Defender found Trojan:Win32/Vigorf.A in FanControl.sys as well as R0FanControl.

Can confirm as well that Defender flagged it. (v234)
Saving my configs and removing the program until there's a fix.
