User Agreement

This "User Agreement" is an agreement between you the ("User") and
provider of this software ("OSL-Works", "Refloow") for project "Steam-Card-Bot-PRO".

By use of our software, you accept and agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, then do not install or use our software.

1. Harmfull modifications, breaking Steam's TOS Agreement

Project is open source, therefore project licence grants:

Permission for:

  1. Commercial use
  2. Modification
  3. Distribution
  4. Private use

By Use/abuse of our project, with or without TOS breaking modifications,
user is responsible for any action that platform might take against the user for using/abusing the project.
Project is for educational purposes. We as the project creators dont encourage people to use the project for any harm against the platform.

Part of the STEAM TOS - Steam Subscriber Agreement

You may not use Cheats, automation software (bots), mods, hacks, or any other unauthorized third-party software, to modify or automate any Subscription Marketplace process.

As a Subscriber you may obtain access to certain services, software and content available to Subscribers. The Steam client software and any other software, content, and updates you download or access via Steam, including but not limited to Valve or third-party video games and in-game content, and any virtual items you trade, sell or purchase in a Steam Subscription Marketplace are referred to in this Agreement as “Content and Services”; the rights to access and/or use any Contents and Services accessible through Steam are referred to in this Agreement as "Subscriptions

Adding modifications for usage of community market or causing the spam on the platform might make the platform to take actions.
