FLAG

Define DENSE flag to enable optimizations for dense active vertex frontier.

RUN

Use the following commands to run

1. make
2. ./pr -t <numThreads(optional)> -iter <#iterations> -rounds <#rounds(default 3)>

Rounds - repeated runs of specified number of iterations of pageRank (multiple runs for timing)
