使用群機器人、chatId推送

企業微信webHookUrl只能做到在企業微信群內查看
設定時給小白比較困難有時候難以獲取到Telegram的chatId無法配合
建議
能否借鑑github.com/luolongfei/freenom 庫的配置推送方式來完成推送
1.https://github.com/luolongfei/freenom#telegram-bot
好處是簡單的配置直接完成推送結果機器人到指定TG用戶
2.https://github.com/luolongfei/freenom#企業微信
好處是後期推送結果不需要在下載企業微信APP，信息可以通過公眾號下的機器人直接送到微信
