fix dangling pointer in component pthread and dfs_elm

修复pthread中的悬垂指针的问题；
修复dfs_elm中mkfs未挂载的分区时，访问悬垂指针的问题

pthread中在_pthread_cleanup中将pthread_data设置为NULL；
dfs_elm_mkfs中先umount临时分区，再释放临时的FATFS变量
