cpu: Add missing doc.md files

Some CPUs under /cpu don't have doc.md files.
I added very basic doc.md files for now.

Somebody with admin permissions needs to merge this to skip the static test, I really don't feel like it's Lasses job to bring all these files up to modern standards simply because he touched them. Afaik since @maribu removed his admin, @miri64 😄

I had this conversation with Martine yesterday, even as an admin you can't merge when the checks fail.

You could just add the errors to dist/tools/doccheck/exclude_simple, couldn't you?
