Brief summary
Installation test on nvme disk with legacy bios reboots back into installer after completing first installation stage, instead of into installed system (and initial-setup dialog). The same test with UEFI works. And the same test on real hw works too.
Steps to reproduce
Run openQA job "install_nvme@64bit"
Expected behavior
Installation finishes normally.
Actual behavior
After clicking "reboot" at the end of anaconda stage, it reboots back into installer welcome screen. Example: https://openqa.qubes-os.org/tests/104665#step/firstboot/9
I suspect it's caused by some qemu or seabios update on openQA, but it requires more analysis of when exactly it started failing (it is this way for few weeks already).
