Applies whether building 4.0 or 4.1.

May be related to #4286, but this is a separate error:
umount_all: command not found

umount_all was previously included in distribution.sh. (Still is in builder-debian)

Not related to #4286 , I've the 4 $s in builder.conf, and still getting
