License Weirdness

I propose that LICENSE be removed and be replaced with a public domain equivalent license like CC0 or Unlicense.

While the intent of "This licence expires and the work covered by it is released into the public domain on 1st of August 2019" is clear, public domain laws vary wildly from country to country, and in some places don't exist at all, so this would solve that problem and also make reuse of code in other projects much less confusing for a developer.
