Minor lean configuration option duplication

C:\Users\martin>lean logs
Select the Lean configuration file to use:
1) d:\qcOrg2\lean.json
2) D:\qcOrg2\lean.json

These paths are the same in windows, we should check if they are they same path using python and not show them. Also review where/who is storing these, they should be normalized too
