How to declare a NOGIL friendly package

I ran pytest on a PyO3 (0.27.0) bindings package built with maturin develop --uv in an env initialised with uv venv --python=3.14t

I ran pytest from said venv, so all in 3.14t land, and yet I got

I am not sure why I see this, I presumed since it was built under 3.14t it would "know" it's a free-threaded variant but perhaps I have to declare it?

You have to annotate you module with gil_used=false, see also the guide.

Confirmed this resolves the segfault! lmmx/comrak#45
