sdist: PKG-INFO should list LICENSE-MIT in License-File #642

The PKG-INFO file in the sdist package at PyPI does not contain the License-File entry. Please add the License-File entry to PKG-INFO file referencing the license in the LICENSE-MIT file so the license terms could be easily found automatically via the metadata. Thank you.
