update tree names, name display

I WANT TO:
see the most accurate latin and english name (despite what may be listed as the scientific name in the city's csv)

since trees can be matched by ID, let's not just display the name the city specifies for each species. some of those names are not current

• add display_botanical_name field and synonyms fields for tree names with out of date scientific names to species_attributes.csv (in progress in this google sheet)

• display the species names documented in the (in progress) display_botanical_name field in species_attributes.csv. if we rely on the names in that field, rather than the city datasets (we can use species IDs to link individual trees to species), we can update the species names to reflect the most current naming
