Unable to modify locally bundle.RAW.js

Hi,

I don't know if it is intended or not but it seems impossible to modify locally bundle.RAW.js and publish change to a locally builded docker instance.

If I do any modification to any .js files in my git clone folder, my files are automatically synced from the online repository (and Overwrited ...) when I start my OSRM-FrontEnd:LOCAL image.

As a consequence, I don't have any way to modify the code executed on my browser.
