I'm back to maui for a while and I try to use Prism, but I still don't see any actual sample.
Is this project still alive?
Should I be any sponsor or have any paid support how it working now?

Yes, this project is alive and well. Commercial Plus licenses holders are getting all the latest and greatest builds.

The Prism.Maui v8.1 are pretty applicable to the v9.0 with some minor changes.
