Walmart does not provide "Add to cart" but "Check Availability Nearby." With a Zip Code entered, you can identify stores that have availability (yet to discover one myself).
Something similar to Target with a Zip Code seems to be a good approach here.
Keep fighting the good fight my man, I hope to find one myself.
