[Feature] Animate the tooltip apparition

What problem does this feature solve?

not really a problem rather than a possible enhancement.
The actual tooltip is displayed without any animation. It's just a switch between visible and not.

What is your idea for solve this issue

It would be pleasant to have an animation showing it gradually and moving to its final place.
