Images not showing in journal issues

When uploading my vault pages the images do not load in and instead look like blank links. Below are some examples

This is in Obsidian.

This is in Foundry.

Version 12 build 331. Only module is Lava Flow. Module version 4.1.0. It worked on a upload about a month ago for whatever version that was.

I host locally. This is within the application not the web load in.

Also to add. I just used the default steps on the import process with exception that I do not combine notes into pages. Not using S3 or any special uploag path for non-markdown.
