powershell.codeFormatting.autoCorrectAliases not working as expected

This is similar to bug reported here

I can reproduce this bug in any script on any computer I am using.

For example when typing with editor.formatOnType set to True

measure -distance

I would expect it to expand it to

Measure-Distance -distance

logs and payload logs to follow shortly

Thanks @wingers999 found this in the payload logs:

            "message": "'measure' is an alias of 'Measure-Object'. Alias can introduce possible problems and make scripts hard to maintain. Please consider changing alias to its full content."

So it looks like PSSA is detecting the alias but not expanding properly

1. Try manually running format in the command palette, or
2. this settings.json config -- then it should expand on paste or saving
