Reorganize main branch contents

Fixes AB#449270

This PR makes the following changes:

Delete the ./presentation and ./v1 folders from the root
Copies docs content from the v1 branch
Adds README.md to ./docs folder

There will be a separate PR to update contents of the v1 branch.
