Not recieving email for password reset #234

Steps to reproduce

Hi,

I am trying to reset a password to an account (belongs to my employer) that is the owner of a few of our modules that we have published.

I enter in the username, then the recovery email, but I never receive the actual email to recover the password.

Is there anyone that may be able to help me out with this? I've tried the contact info on the gallery with no success.

Expected behavior

Password email arrives in my inbox

Actual behavior

Recieve nothing.
