Expose last_synced_at on a row for a source in Data Warehouse

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Yes - when we send data to Intercom, via a destination, we want to include when the data last synced in Posthog, so we can be aware of how up to date it is.

Describe the solution you'd like

For every row in a source, include a column that specifies when that row last synced

Describe alternatives you've considered

I haven't come accross any - I don't think that value is accessible programmatically.
