Office brings meetings, your agenda and email into one workspace. On wide windows, meetings sit beside the calendar and inbox. Smaller windows stack these sections.
In Meetings, enable local Talk, choose your audio sources and start a recording. Recording starts only with your action. Stop and save to add the audio to Recordings, where you can open it, request transcription or view a saved transcript.
Expand Transcription setup to download or load Parakeet, or choose an installed model folder. Model details and storage contains the model source, license, revision, download size and the latest memory and disk readings. Dictation and its history appear below your recordings.
Use Connect an account in the calendar or inbox to open Accounts. You can connect supported Google, Microsoft or IMAP accounts there, and disconnect them later. Google and Microsoft sign-in require configuration in your desktop installation. The agenda covers the next seven days. Email drafts stay on this computer; Pulse does not send or sync them.
Recording and account access require the Windows desktop app. Remote web connections do not expose the desktop's Office accounts.
