es_MX (Spanish Mexico) Traslation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter in Mangos Web
2. Click Select to Language
3. See the list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
More langs/Spanish is not included

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.4

Please provide any additional information below.

I have translated 80 ~ 90 of the web to spanish, where can i upload it ?
97 % Texts and 70% ~ 80% Images, only left some banners. Using Morpheus and 
Blizzards Fonts.
