This PR adds functionality to give items from lookups directly into the players inventory.
The motivation for that is explained in #810. So a small button and a "give" command were added (see image).
For the button to appear, the item needs to have metadata, like a display-name or enchantments.
I primarily intend to use this functionality on my own server, but maybe somebody else might find this useful. If some more work is needed to make it appeal to a more broad audience, please don't hesitate to let me know.

The permission should also control the button displaying (no button or give command if permission is disabled). The permission should also be completely disabled by default.
