Add tracking which code example tabs are wanted

# What is the problem?

As a Developer eXperience lead I need to know which code example tabs are clicked and how often to make decisions about which examples to maintain in the future. 

# What do you expect to see / happen? 

Google Tag manager has been added to site. Google Analytics is also added to the site. Setup given tools to enable tracking.
