Refactor: Remove legacy test files and related classes

- Deleted multiple test files including HelpersTest, IntegrationTest, MetricsCollectorTest, MiddlewareTest, and others to clean up the codebase.
- Removed associated mock classes and stubs that were used for testing purposes.
- Updated composer.json to reflect the new namespace structure from Helix to PivotPHP.
- Cleaned up legacy bootstrap and configuration files that were no longer needed.
