Looks good. Wow - this was a ton of work.
The trace log will be a little less noisy now. Many of those messages were just to help in the development because I didn't have a good debugger capability on the Pis. We might later need some of the trace stuff for things like teed-ball frame-rate or the cropping processing, but we could add some back if necessary later.

Description
This PR is a major rework of deps, getting them ready to move over to our internal package repo. This also completely fixes the issues we had with calibration and it should work now from the UI!
