The API should report field-level errors on Bulk Upload failures. Presumably this would report (in a structured fashion) which row and field failed, and why.

View an example of how this would appear in the UI…

Bulk Upload - Failed

Note: Despite the screenshot, this issue's scope doesn't include reporting the number of valid/invalid rows.
