Server can not be found

I'm not sure if this is the right place to Post, the project claims the manual can be downloaded from here: http://sdlperl.ath.cx/releases/SDL_Manual.pdf

I get a server not found. Please feel free to close this and let me how i can let you know about these trivial bits.
