  1. Fix holes in struct pmop 

    On 64-bit architectures BASEOP is 36 bytes, so will leave a 4-byte
hole before any subsequent pointer member.  Moving U32 op_pmflags to
immediately after the baseop will get rid of both that hole and the
one before op_pmreplrootu.
