Unify chat and scoreboard right click (And other chat panel enhancements)

A clear and concise description of what the problem is.
When right-clicking users in chat vs the scoreboard menu, you have less options. This is annoying because its sometimes much easier to identify unmarked bots via chat.

Describe the solution you'd like
The same context menu for the scoreboard to be present on the chat.

Describe alternatives you've considered
As of now you can copy their ID, but this has very little application within the program itself.

Additional context
Maybe have the flashing from the scoreboard too? Returns on the messages might make that hard though.
