Bug Description

If sec_ac.txt is found in resource directory, it will be used regardless of whether or not it is the most current version.

Possible Solutions

  • Check to make sure found sec_ac.txt matches most current version from ftp.
    • Also, if it is the most current version possibly check if sizes matches as a simple deterrent to previous failed download.
  • Always download a brand new sec_act.txt during a cron run. Not necessary during an interactive run as the responsibility will be on the user.
