New features, enhancements and bug-fixes

* Added filtering by securable class
* Added filtering by permission type
* Added  output to @output_table specified in parameter
* Added @print_result parameter to allow output even @output_table is specified
* Added FullObjectName into output
* Fixed proper object_type name for non schema-scoped objects
* Fixed object name now showed properly also for non schema-scoped objects
