The [regex menu framework](User:Pathoschild/Scripts/Regex menu framework) is an ancient script that was merged into TemplateScript years ago. It hasn't been maintained in a very long time, so it's not compatible with recent MediaWiki changes and doesn't follow current JavaScript conventions.

Migrate all users to TemplateScript.
